2021 Mill Road Seminary Street Resurfacing and Weed Street Storm Sewer Replacement

The work for which bids are asked includes the following approximate quantities: Contract A - Mill Road Mill Overlay Project: 3,700 SY of milling, regrading replacing the existing roadway surface with new 5 inch thick asphalt pavement; 4,400 LF of pavement markings, reshaping re-compacting the base material along with traffic control, gravel shouldering, driveway restoration, installation of speed hump, surface restoration, cleanup and related miscellaneous construction. Contract B - Weed Street Storm Sewer Replacement Project: 180 LF of storm sewer replacement (piping ranging between 15" to 24" in size), 160 LF of concrete curb gutter replacement, 250 SY asphalt pavement replacement along with storm structure replacement, driveway restoration, concrete sidewalk restoration, surface restoration, cleanup and related miscellaneous construction. Contract C - Seminary Street Mill Overlay Project: 580 SY of milling, regrading replacing the existing roadway surface with new 4 inch thick asphalt pavement; reshaping re-compacting the base material along with traffic control, surface restoration, cleanup and related miscellaneous construction.
