HVAC Modifications for New Elections Headquarters

Scope: The work shall include but not be limited to the following: Provide engineering data and calculations supporting requirements necessary to condition the building for facility use. Perform test and balance before completion date and three (3) months after completion of project. All of the existing sheet metal referred to remain on pages M101a and M101B has been removed and will need to be replaced with new ducting and insulation. All penetrations and sealing of penetrations to the building will be the responsibility of the Contractor. All penetrations and sealing methods will be approved by the Owner before action is taken. Project Foreman shall be on site during construction. Project Manager shall attend all meetings. Controls shall be Siemens.
