Well 10 Replacement and Redevelopment

The work consists furnishing and installing a new 20-inch by 16-inch water supply well to replace the existing one on site. A telescoping well screen will be installed and the slot size will be determined after proper verification of the subsurface. The well will be 85 feet deep. The well will be developed and then undergo a 72-hour pump test at 1500 gpm. Upon completion of the test a "Well Completion Report" will be compiled and furnished by the Contractor including water quality sampling and pump recommendations. Contractors are required to obtain and purchase and town or stat working permits required for the project.
