Senior Nutrition Center Building Demolition

The Contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, materials, power, tools, equipment, supplies, permits and any other means of construction necessary or proper for performing and completing the Scope of Work, unless otherwise specifically stated. The building is located next to the Harvey Government Center and formally housed the Monroe County Senior Nutrition Center. Scope of work shall include the following: 1. Demolition of concrete building approximately 5,684 square-feet in total. Upon demolition, site shall be graded to surrounding grade with a layer of sod on top. Sidewalks to remain and a safe pathway for daily business at the Harvey Government Center shall be maintained. Demolition site must be secured by temporary hard fencing until completion. 2. Foundations or cisterns that may extend below grade are to be removed and filled to grade. Utilities are to be disconnected and capped off by licensed trade contractors. 3. All materials, rubbish and debris shall be removed from property and properly and legally disposed of by the contractor. 4. Contractor must coordinate with Monroe County Facilities Maintenance Department prior to demolition to clear building of any equipment or furnishings that are to be saved
