Project: CTF Pavement Maintenance Estimated Magnitude: In accordance with FAR 36.204, the Disclosure of Magnitude of this construction project is between $100,000 and $250,000. Socio-Economic Programs: This procurement is set-aside exclusively for small business concerns. The NAICS code is 237310, with a size standard of $39.5 million. All questions shall be submitted in writing to peuler@blm.gov no later than 2:00 PM AKST on August 11, 2022. Questions will be answered via amendment to this solicitation. Period of Performance: 09/01/2022 to 10/31/2022 This acquisition is unrestricted. PERFORMANCE TIME: 60 Calendar Days ESTIMATED START WORK: September 1, 2022 BOND REQUIREMENTS: None. Seal coating of approximately 22,580 square yards of parking areas, traffic lanes, and approximately 3,800 linear feet of parking lot striping.
