Description | Services and materials are required to acoustically treat a 950 sf multi-purpose studio space for the Free Library of Philadelphia, located at 1901 Vine Street. The room is referred to as Flex Room #25 and is located on the Ground Floor. The Library would like to have the walls coated with a K-13 product (color black) as per the attached specification. There is approximately 600 sf of wall surface that needs to be coated. The contractor must field measure to provide an accurate quote. As an alternate, the Library would like a separate number for coating the ceiling which is approximately 900 sf. The contractor must provide all necessary services and materials including protection of ducts, outlets and other items that cannot be removed from the space prior to material application. |
