Water Street Boat Ramp, Associated Bulkhead, Floating Pier and Parking

Project includes the construction of a dual lane boat ramp which includes the removal of 147 linear feet of existing bulkhead and the installation of 244 linear feet of bulkhead. Construction and installation of floating pier. In addition the project includes the construction of a parking lot approximately 46,550 Sq. Ft. and 250 linear feet of 5 (five) feet wide sidewalk. Contractor to provide a separate lump sum proposal for the Boat Ramp, associated bulkhead, and floating pier; and the asphalt parking lot and paving. Plantings are under a separate contract and should not be included in the lump sum for the parking lot. The award of the project will be strongly based on experience.
