HVAC Controls and BAS Upgrade - Human Services Building

Purchase and installation of HVAC controls and Building Automation System (BAS) upgrade at the Harrisonburg/Rockingham County Department of Health and Human Services facility. Base bid Integration and programming using a Honeywell N4 platform o Control drawings, custom graphics, remote access, text message/email alarms o Building to be integrated into existing Honeywell supervisor To include: (1) AHU o BACnet thermostat (5) CV RTUs BACnet thermostat (2) VVT RTUs Honeywell BACnet controller o Sensors/devices needed to achieve sequence. (2) Bypass damper controllers (40) Zone dampers Honeywell BACnet controller. Reuse existing VVT zone actuator and/or damper, inoperability of existing damper/actuator will result in replacement (add alternate pricing) Network cabling. Adjustable wall temperature sensor w/ override Boiler/Perimeter heat o Start/stop boiler logic based outdoor temp as well as a call for heat. Using the building automation system to monitor the space temperature of all the equipment that serves areas supplemented by the perimeter heat will allow the use of energy saving sequences and help prevent temperature issues. Add Alternate 1 Zone damper Provide/Install new zone damper into existing duct work Add Alternate 2 TAB: Testing, adjusting, and balancing of the HVAC system.
