Description | Project has been cancelled due to bids being over budget Questions are submitted online No Buyer's Requirements General Requirements - FOB Destination - FOB Pre-Paid - Installation Required - Insurance Required - Warranty Information Required Bonding Requirements - Bid Bond 5 % - Performance Bond 100 % - Payment Bond 100 % Description The purpose of this IFB is to obtain competitive bids from qualified and interested companies for all labor, equipment, and materials required for the Purdy Mesa Flowline Pressure Control Tank. All dimensions and Scope of Work should be verified by Contractors prior to submission of bids. Directions from Grand Junction: Travel east on US Hwy 50 continuing from the bridge over Colorado River (5th St Bridge) approximately 13 miles to Kannah Creek Rd. Turn left on Kannah Creek Rd. Continue on Kannah Creek Rd for 3 miles, then veer left onto Lands End Rd. Continue on Lands End Rd for approximately 2.8 miles. Then turn right onto Reeder Mesa Rd. The KCWTP is at the end of Reeder Mesa Rd (approximately 0.8 mile). NOTE: Offerors that arrive more than 10 minutes late to the meeting shall not be eligible to submit a bid response to this solicitation process for this project. Once the meeting begins the attendees will caravan to the project location, which is not the KCWTP, to give prospective Offerors the opportunity to see the site firsthand. No accommodations will be made for late comers or secondary visits to the project site. Access to the project site crosses private property. Trespassing is prohibited. |
