Water Improvements

The Project consists of constructing the following: The project includes but is not limited to construc- tion of a new 60,000 gallon elevated water storage tank, installation of approximately 154 feet of 6” and 8” PVC water main and appurtenances, a new stone access drive from Roosevelt Street to the tank site, a new building to house the tank controls, fencing of the tank site, plus testing, disinfection, and surface resto- ration. The project also includes replacement of an ex- isting booster pump, replacement of an existing flush hydrant, plus furnishing water meters and associated software, hardware, installation support, and training for a complete radio-frequency meter reading system. Installation of the meters will be by the Owner.
