Project Description: Project consists renovations to the Junior High School, Elementary School and Bus Garage as well as associated site work. 1. Project cost range is anticipated to be under $3,500,000.00 G. Construction Contract: Bids will be received for the following Work: 1. Multiple Contract Project consisting of the following prime contracts: a. General Construction. b. Mechanical Construction. c. Plumbing Construction. d. Electrical Construction. Owner will receive sealed lump sum bids until the bid time and date at the location given below. Owner will consider bids prepared in compliance with the Instructions to Bidders issued by Owner, and delivered as follows: 1. Bid Date: 10/17/2023 1. Bid Time: 2:00pm local time. 2. Location: Central Office on the 3rd Floor at TJ Conner Elementary School, 13 Beckwith Ave., Scottsville, New York - 14546 3. Bids shall be addressed to the attention of Donna Longhini B. Bids will be thereafter publicly opened in the TJ Conner Elementary Board Room. BID SECURITY A. Bid security shall be submitted with each bid in the amount of [5%] five percent of the bid amount.
