Village of Coxsackie - Wastewater Treatment Plant Upgrade Project

Separate Bid Packages Contract 1 - WWTP & Pump Stations General Construction: This work consists upgrades to the WWTP and remote pump stations, including a new headworks system, new digesters, rehabilitated aeration basins, rehabilitated and new secondary clarifiers, an upgraded RAS system, an upgraded disinfection system, miscellaneous architectural upgrades, yard piping, site work and appurtenances. Contract 2 - WWTP & Pump Stations Electrical Construction: This work consists of the electrical work associated with upgrades to the WWTP and remote pump stations. This includes but is not limited to providing power and control wire and conduit to the various treatment equipment, new generators, and other building and site lighting. Contract 3 - WWTP & Pump Stations HVAC Construction: This work consists of the HVAC associated with upgrades to the WWTP and remote pump stations. This includes but is not limited to providing new HVAC components to the new headworks and RAS pump building and upgrading the HVAC systems in the existing buildings. Contract 4 - WWTP Plumbing Construction: This work consists of the plumbing work associated with the WWTP upgrade project. This includes the potable water components of the project. Contract 5 - Sanitary Sewer Collection System Improvements : This work consists of the installation of approximately 2,370 linear feet of 16" forcemain and 2,300 of 24" gravity sewer, complete will restoration and appurtenances. Contract 6 - Sanitary Pump Stations Construction : This work consists upgrades to the West Coxsackie and Riverside Pump Stations. This includes a rebuild of both stations remote pump stations, complete with pump and control replacement, miscellaneous architectural upgrades, yard piping, site work and appurtenances.
