WTP Lead and Copper Testing/Collection

The City of Louisville (City) is seeking quotes from qualified contractors to assist the City with meeting CDPHE Lead and Copper sampling requirements for the 2021 calendar year. Services will include the collection, testing, and reporting of Lead and Copper compliance samples. Status of collection updates should be automated through a website or via email from the chosen consultant. The requirement is a minimum of 120 tests for the year with 60 occurring in the first 6 months of the calendar year and the remaining 60 in the last 6 months of the calendar year. Services will be conducted during normal business hours: Monday through Friday from 7:00 am until 4:00 pm. No weekend or after hour services will be conducted unless needed. • Quotes should include price per test. A test should be a total cost per sample and include all charges including shipping, materials, testing, collections, labor, postage, etc. • Quotes must include references from at least three projects with similar requirements that have been completed during the past five years.
