Replacement of Air Conditioning Condensing Units at the Windsor Locks Public Library

Qualified Mechanical Contractors to provide a turnkey replacement of the existing air conditioning condensing units and air handling unit DX coil at the Windsor Locks Public Library. Replace the air conditioning equipment as follows: 1. Replace two existing Trane 15 ton air cooled condensing units with two new 15 ton condensing units. 2. Replace existing direct expansion (DX) cooling coil in existing 12,300 cfm Trane Climate Changer air handling unit with new matching DX cooling coil. 3. Replace all existing refrigeration piping and refrigerant piping accessories. 4. Provide electrical work as required. 5. Provide new DDC temperature controls integrated with the existing Energy Management & Controls System.
