2022 Emergency Sanitary Repairs and Miscellaneous Maintenance Contract

Notice is hereby given that sealed bids for the above named Contract, which comprises non-professional services in connection with the contract for emergency sanitary repairs and miscellaneous lateral installations for the existing Sanitary Sewage System within the City of Somers Point, Atlantic County, New Jersey. The work for the 2022 Emergency Repairs and Miscellaneous Maintenance Work contract involves the establishment of hourly and daily rates for several items of construction equipment and labor categories so that the City of Somers Point may utilize this contract when faced with an emergency repair or completing normal replacement or maintenance work to their existing sanitary sewer system, as well as miscellaneous lateral installations when requested. The contract will be in effect for a period of one (1) year with the possibility of two (2) one-year extensions if both parties agree to the extension.
