| Description | Contract No. 1A – General Demolition: Demolition of the former County Sherriff’s station and Jail Complex structure, including complete demolition and removal of the structure, foundations, remains, and debris including complete abatement and removal of asbestos and hazardous materials. Additive Bid Item No. 1 includes all labor, and equipment required for removal and salvage of the existing Ohio Sandstone blocks on the north, east and west walls of the original Sheriff’s Office structure. Item shall include transporting and stockpiling the salvaged blocks at a predetermined location on Allen Street in the Village of Catskill. Additive Bid Item No. 2 includes all labor, materials and equipment required for backfilling, grading, paving and restoring the project site. |
