Description

Services include but are not limited to: Contractor must be able to work on Marathon Hydrarol 109E Roll up door and direct drive motors.Contractor must be able to perform work in a highly secured area. Contractor must be able to integrate with security access systems and able to design and plan new installations. Contractor must provide emergency service that shall be available seven days per week, twenty-four hours per day, and three hundred and sixty five days per year. Contractor must make initial response to emergency service within 15 minutes and be on-site within an hour. Contractor must provide Washington County with a twenty-four hour per day, seven days per week, emergency phone number. Contractor must be able to perform following preventative maintenance every 6 months as listed below: o Inspect curtain o Inspect coil cord and attachments o Inspect manual release function o Inspect all hardware o Inspect electrical control box o Inspect bottom bar o Inspect windows
