| Description | Cleaning out and removal of organic and garbage waste located in the Lake Catoma Reservoir - Upper Catoma (north of the causeway on County Road 1422). Board will furnish Roll-off Containers and transportation to Cullman County Landfill of debris material removed. All debris removed will be sorted for disposal by separating organic debris and garbage debris. Trash, tree removal will be removed by hydraulic excavator, snag line, work boat, manpower, work truck and other means necessary to remove and sort debris for disposal. Care will be used to remove as much debris as possible utilizing trash netting and dragged to the west shore location for removal, sorting and preparation for disposal. Trash and dead trees will be removed from the adjacent buffer zone, where accessibility is available and practicable. Caution and care will be exercised to remove debris and clean-out of the primary drainage culvert inlet under the County Road 1422 Causeway. |
