| Description | The Work is to provide Mechanical HVAC and Plumbing work for the Southeast County Hub building located at 1755 S. Public Road, Lafayette, CO 80026. The Project consists of the renovation of the existing Southeast County Services Hub facility, and associated site improvements. Plumbing work involves installation of a new indirect domestic water heater with hot water recirculation pumps, extension of existing CW, HW, SAN, V, and gas systems. New plumbing fixtures throughout. Existing CW, SAN and gas services to the building are existing to remain. The roof drain/storm system is existing to remain. The mechanical work consists of a new variable air volume system with new rooftop unit, VAV boxes, boilers, and air-cooled chiller. |
