Description Demolition services for one (1) multi-unit apartment building. Due to the age of the structure, it is assumed that asbestos will be present. The base square footage is 2,474 SF. The structure is located at 105 Nicholson Street in the City of Portsmouth. 1. The Contractor shall perform a physical inspection of all properties, including determining if there is hazardous material, such as asbestos. All inspections are the responsibility of the Contractor. 2. In the event hazardous material such as asbestos is found, it shall be the responsibility of the Contractor to submit the asbestos report to the City before issuance of a building permit can be obtained 3. It shall be the responsibility of the Contractor to remove all hazardous materials such as asbestos. 4. The Contractor shall ensure that all public right ofways (streets and sidewalks) where demolitions are taking place are swept clean daily
