The Metropolitan Development and Housing Agency is soliciting Qualification Based Proposals from highly qualified firms to provide architectural design and engineering support services for the "Envision" Edgehill Planning Process. Services required include, but are not limited to, architectural & engineering design, site planning, charrette facilitation, structural engineering, landscape architectural, surveying, green/energy efficient design, and other services as required for completion of the work items. The criteria for evaluating Proposals will be based on the items set forth in the Request for Qualifications. An award will be made to the most responsive and responsible proposal, which in the judgment of MDHA, best meets the current needs and long term goals of MDHA. MDHA reserves the right to reject any Proposals and/or waive any informalities in the solicitation process. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
