Award: Sanders Brothers Construction - $2,276,613.85 Berkeley County is requesting bids from qualified construction firms to provide road resurfacing for 6.3 miles of multiple road locations throughout Berkeley County. DEADLINE FOR WRITTEN QUESTIONS: January 12, 2023 at 12:00 PM local time Bid Bond: 5% Performance Bond: 100% Payment Bond: 100% PROJECT COMPLETION TIME: Project shall be substantially completed within 240 calendar days of the County's Notice to Proceed. Final completion shall occur within 270 calendar days after Notice to Proceed. Liquidated Damages shall be applied as shown in the Agreement.
