Hoffman Park Playground and Walkways

The Hoffman Park Playground & Walkways project involves the replacement of playground equipment, the partial fencing of a basketball court and concrete walkways, ADA accessibility access from both parking lots, and irrigated bluegrass turf, a substantial hardly used portion of the park, to be converted to low water low growing native grasses. Work to be performed includes but is not limited to the supply and installation of the following: 1. Site Preparation 2. Water, Sediment and Erosion Control 3. Earthwork 4. Concrete Walkways 5. Sodding 6. Picnic Shade Shelter 7. Turf Conversion 8. Playground Edging, Wavy Walk and Surfacing 9. Planting 10. Irrigation 11. Site Furnishings.
