Description

The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, tools and equipment, and qualified labor necessary to inspect, test, and maintain the Aircraft Fire Training Facility (AFTF) and the Structural Fire Training Facility (SFTF), as outlined in Appendix B, at Hurlburt Field, FL in a manner that will ensure its serviceability and prevent deterioration in operational effectiveness. The contractor shall comply with manufacturers' recommendations and procedures, Air Force Technical Order Operation and Maintenance Instructions for Aircraft Fire Training Facilities, as well as local, state, and federal guidelines as applicable to the work involved. Installation, testing, and replacement of gas piping, gas utilization equipment or accessories, and repair and servicing of equipment, shall be performed only by qualified personnel.
