RFP Municipal Bus Shelters - Advertising Display Revenue Share

As of January 6th, 2022 - the bid received was nonresponsive and thus this project will be rebid. Municipal Bus Shelters - Advertising Display Revenue Share The City of Clifton is prohibited from publicly opening Proposals on Mondays or any day directly following a State or Federal holiday, in accordance with N.J.S.A. 40A:11-23 a and b. This request for proposals is in accordance with N.J.S.A. 40A:11-4.1 et seq., purposes for Competitive Contracting usage. The City of Clifton is only responsible for forwarding addendums or clarifications to those prospective respondents who obtained specifications directly from the City of Clifton, Division of Purchasing, or to those who have put the City of Clifton, Division of Purchasing, on notice as having received the specification. Required respondent information can be found in the specification documents. This request for proposals is solicited through a fair and open process, in accordance with N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.4 et seq. Respondents shall comply with the requirements N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 (P.L. 1975, c.127) and N.J.A.C. 17:27-1 et seq.
