Asbestos and Lead Remediation

The Watershed Agricultural Council (WAC) is soliciting competitive sealed bids from a licensed Asbestos and Lead Remediation company to conduct a controlled building demolition on three condemned structures on WAC owned property. The houses and garage are located at 34523 State Highway 10 (former tax map No. 254.0-1-1.1) and 34451 State Highway 10 (former tax map No. 254.0-1-1.1). The structures are to be demolished and disposed of at locations certified to handle hazardous building materials. The demolition area is to be restored to similar conditions as the surrounding areas. WAC reserves the right to reject any and all proposals received in response to this RFP. Although a firm timeline for construction has not been determined, construction is not expected to commence prior to July 2023.
