Name of Bid must appear on the Outside of the FEDEX /UPS Envelope. Surety in the form of a bid bond, certified check or Cashier's Check in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total price bid, but not in excess of $20,000.00, payable unconditionally to the Township of Piscataway shall submit with the bid. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a Performance Bond in the Amount of 100% of total bid. Bidders shall comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A.10:5-31 and N.J.A.C. 17-27 et seq.
