Description

ITY OF LEBANON JUNCTION (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project: Park South - Water & Sewer Improvements. The Project includes the following Work: Installation of approximately 1,700 LF of gravity sewer, 6,100 LF of force main, a sewer lift station, 5,300 LF of water main and other appurtenances for a complete installation per SPECIFICATIONS and PLANS. The Project has an expected duration of one hundred and fifty (150) days. The Issuing Office website will be updated periodically with addenda, lists of registered plan holders, reports, and other information relevant to submitting a Bid for the Project. All official notifications, addenda, and other Bidding Documents will be offered only through the designated website. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the designated website. The Issuing Office for the Bidding Documents is LYNN IMAGING, Old Vine Street, Lexington, Kentucky. Prospective Bidders may examine the Bidding Documents at the Owner's Office on Monday through Friday between the hours of 9:00 am TO 3:00 pm, Prospective Bidders may examine the Bidding Documents at the Engineer's Office on Monday through Friday between the hours of 9:00 am and 4:00 pm, and may obtain copies of the Bidding Documents from the Issuing Office as described below. Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office. Bidders shall be listed as a plan holder with the issuing office, bidders not listed as a plan holder may be deemed to being nonresponsive and could be rejected. Upon Issuing Office's receipt of payment, printed Bidding Documents or electronic documents will be downloaded from Issuing Office. The shipping charge amount will depend on the shipping method chosen. For all further requirements regarding bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to the Instructions to Bidders that are included in the Bidding Documents. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing via email to mcurtis@bluegrassengineering.net and must be submitted to receive consideration seven days prior to the opening of bids. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda delivered to all parties recorded as having received the Bidding Documents.
