Network Infrastructure Equipment. Question Deadline 11/07/2022 at 12:00 PM ET The intent of this bid is to establish the minimum requirements for the purchase of Network Infrastructure Equipment for thirty-six (36) months from the date it is awarded. The School Board plans to participate in the Schools and Libraries Program of the Universal Service Fund, known as "E-Rate", created as part of the Federal Telecommunications Act of 1996. Funding will be requested and discounts for support of eligible services and equipment will be approved by the Universal Service Administrative Company (USAC). Eligibility amounts of internal connections components and approval of the amount of the funding request may be less than expected; therefore, the District is not obligated to purchase components listed in the specified bid submittal if those components are denied funding by USAC. The Price Sheet is an Excel Workbook with nine (9) worksheets, one (1) tab for each of the eight (8) projects along with a master list with part numbers unlocked. Deadline to submit Alternate Products for Testing Friday, November 4, 2022 at 3:00 PM.
