SYNOPSIS: The Department of Agriculture, U.S. Forest Service, Procurement & Property Services - East Zone has a requirement for Janitorial and Lawn Maintenance Services on the Appalachian Ranger District for the Rocky Bluff Campground recreational site (Madison County) and Harmon Den Campground recreational site (Haywood County). A base plus 4 option-year contract is being contemplated with an estimated contract start date of May 1, 2022 -- and actual services to begin May 24, 2022.
