Facilities Custodial/ Maintenance Services

Provide a comprehensive custodial and facilities maintenance program for all Corporation managed campus facilities. The Corporation manages four (4) residence halls located at Cal Maritime main campus at 200 Maritime Academy Dr., the building at 201 Georgia Street in Vallejo, the residential building at 596 Sandy Beach Road as well as the Rizza Auditorium and approximately 5000 square feet of retail space on the Cal Maritime main campus. In addition to routine daily operations, services will also be provided to support special event activities representing approximately 300+ bookings a year and a 10-week robust summer camp and conference program. The work will include not but not necessarily be limited to custodial services (including provision of materials and supplies), the inspection, preventive maintenance and repair of interior building components and other tasks and services necessary to ensure safe, well- maintained facilities for use by the Corporation and Cal Maritime.
