| Description | Contractor shall furnish labor and materials for the removal of the existing roll insulation and replace with new blown insulation to be 3 to 4 in. thick, in the ceiling of the bay area of Fire Station 8. The project area is approximately 9,000 sq. ft. The scope of work includes, but is not necessarily limited to : 1. Removal of existing insulation from bay area ceiling. 2. Spray new insulation on bay area ceiling. 3. All equipment in the bay area shall be removed or covered when work is being performed. 4. Contractor shall be responsible for cleaning any over-spray that is not on the coverage area. i.e. floors, walls, or any other equipment that cannot be removed. |
