Description

This project is for the construction of a multi-use path along the east side of NIST between MD 117 and Muddy Branch Road. This project may be eligible for funding through the City funds held in the Montgomery Countys Development Impact Fund. If funding is not available, the City may not pursue this project. This project was originally scheduled for design in FY18 and construction in FY19. Based on changing priorities, it is currently scheduled for design in FY23 and construction in FY24. The project is included in the city's 2023-2027 Capital Improvement Program (CIP). As of July 8, 2022, further details regarding design and construction have not been identified.* *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP).
