Island Creek Township Road 419 Resurfacing Project All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Guaranty in the form of (1) a Certified Check, or Revocable Letter of Credit, pursuant to Chapter 1305, ORC, in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the base bid plus all alternates; or (2) a Bid Bond, drawn upon an acceptable surety Company, for the full amount of the bid plus all alternates, (100%) of the bid Board of Commissioners of the County of Jefferson, State of Ohio, in an amount not to exceed ten per cent (10%) of the bid The successful bidder upon receipt of the Notice of Acceptance of the bid, must furnish a Performance Bond in the amount of one hundred per cent (100%) of the Agreement amount to the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Jefferson All bidders shall note the Prevailing Wage Rates, published by the Ohio Department of Development, Reserves the right to accept or reject any and all proposals and to waive all informalities may reject any or all of the bids on any basis and without disclosure of a reason. The failure to make such a disclosure shall not result in accrual of any right, claim, or cause of action by any unsuccessful bidder against the County of Jefferson
