Tree Planting Program

Annual Fall and Spring Tree Planting Programs. The tree purchases will be divided approximately evenly between the spring and fall plantings. The trees will be selected by Public Works Department personnel and delivered to the City of Crystal Lake Municipal Complex at a time mutually agreed upon by the contractor and the Streets Division Superintendent. The City is also requesting optional pricing for (A) planting the trees at locations specified by the Public Works Department, and (B) for the provision of trees for up to two additional one-year extensions to the contract. The Base Bid shall be for the 2021/2022 planting season, including fall and spring plantings. All deliveries and/or work shall be completed and invoiced absolutely no later than April 30, 2022 or as agreed upon.
