| Description | Contractor will provide for the demolition and disposal of 74 rail boxcars and 10 flat railcars at Naval Weapons Station Earle, Colts Neck, New Jersey 07722. This will include 74 boxcars with asbestos. Each rail boxcar and flatcar will be moved to the designated demolition site located near receiving yard by the Government. The demolition site near the Receiving yard will be of adequate size to allow for demolition of the rail boxcars, waste segregation, waste load out, equipment staging, asbestos abatement, transport vehicle maneuvering, and support areas. This location is outside of the explosive arc and any other explosive hazard areas. Asbestos abatement of the railcars will be performed at this location. |
