Lawn Service, Weed Control, and Chemical Fertilization (One-Year) and Snow Removal Services

For: Lawn Service, Weed Control, And Chemical Fertilization (One-Year) And Snow Removal Services All bids must be enclosed in a sealed envelope bearing the name and address of the bidder and the words Lawn Service, Weed Control & Chemical Fertilization and Snow Removal Services Sealed Bid. Bid proposals must be addressed to the Parking Authority of the Township of North Bergen, 4225 Bergen Turnpike, North Bergen, New Jersey 07047, Attention: Executive Director. Delivery of bids must be in person, by overnight courier, or by mail. No bids will be accepted if they arrive after the date and time specified above. All bids must be submitted on forms for that purpose to be obtained from the Parking Authority Accounting Department. Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31, et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27, et seq. The Parking Authority of the Township of North Bergen reserves the right to waive informalities in bids and to reject any and all bids, or parts thereof, if deemed in the best interests of the Parking Authority to do so.
