| Description | The work shall consist of: 1) prepping and resurfacing approximately 1,000 SY of an existing concrete parking lot with 1-1/2" asphalt surface overlay type C, (to include leveling uneven areas near grout filled underground tanks and settled areas), approximately 190 LF of concrete milling along the parking lot edge adjacent to Victoria Lane and the concrete adjacent to the sidewalk along N. Congress Street, install approximately 1,000 LF of TenCate Mirafi MTK membrane or an approved equal product over joints and cracks to reduce potential reflective cracks, 1,000 LF of parking lot striping, (please see attached conceptual plan). | ||||||||
