| Description | Removal and Replacement of the 480V main switchgear from the boiler room location to a new main electrical room being constructed as part of this project. The work also includes removal and re-routing of the Xcel Energy 480V underground electric service conductors, new 480V service for electrical vehicle charging, new emergency panels and associated transfer switches. All the new electrical panels to be installed in the new electrical room. The work also includes replacement of a few small electrical panels scattered throughout the building. |
