ETF 2 nd Floor HVAC System Replacement

Complete HVAC system including installation and start-up, for the ETF Building located on the campus of the U.S. Space and Rocket Center, 1 Tranquility Base, Huntsville, Al 35805. The complete HVAC System is comprised of, but not limited to the following: 40 Ton commercial rooftop unit, complete with R-410A Refrigerant Dual Coil Guards Controls for replacement unit must communicate with existing control system. a. Comfort Network, United Technology Co. b. Model No. CC6400 c. 115V d. 25Amps e. Single Phase Must not to exceed the dimensions of the current Carrier model 50AK-040FDQ73884 installed. New replacement unit shall be compatible with existing duct work and electrical supply. Remove/disposal of the existing cooling unit and delivery, installation, and startup of a new cooling unit. Work performed will be a turnkey solution to encompass the complete disconnect and removal of the existing Carrier Model 50AK-040FDQ73884 Must have experience overseeing the creation and implementation of a critical heavy left plan. All bidders bidding in amounts exceeding that established by the State Licensing Board for General Contractors must be licensed under the provisions of Title 34, Chapter 8, Code of Alabama, 1975, and must show evidence of license before bidding or bid will not be received or considered by the Owner. The bidder shall show such evidence by clearly displaying his or her current license number on the outside of the sealed envelope in which the proposal is delivered. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive technical errors if, in the Owner's judgement, the best interests of the Owner will thereby be promoted. You may also submit your seal bid prior to public bid opening to the Director of Procurement, for the U.S. Space and Rocket Center, by coming in person to the Administration Entrance located at the U.S. Space and Rocket Center, One Tranquility Base, Huntsville, Al 35805 Huntsville. Qualified firms shall provide all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to deliver and install the HVAC System on the target installation date of Monday October 3rd , 2022.
