Description

The Project base bid involves resurfacing of the existing two (2) tennis courts located on Sutton Place in New Milford, New Jersey, including repair of the existing cracks and leveling of depressed areas in the existing surface as needed, cleaning and preparing the courts and installation of rust block and a new acrylic coating system. The Contractor shall be aware that the acrylic coating system cannot be applied when the surface temperature is below 50° F or when fog, rain, or high humidity is imminent.
