Keeler Bay Parking Lot Expansion

Create a new parking area at the Keeler Bay Fishing Access Area off of US Rt 2 in South Hero, VT. Currently there is an existing gravel parking area along the shore of Lake Champlain. This new parking area will be caddy-corner to the existing lot and will be approximately 80 ft x 130 ft. Generally, the project will require the site to be cleared of shrubs and topsoil, installation of new or cleaning of existing ditching, and placement of reinforcement fabric, crushed gravel, and aggregate surface course. All work will not be able to begin prior to October 21 (town permits pending) and MUST be completed prior to November 25
