Conover Field Improvements at South Post Road

The work under this contract includes the furnishing of all labor, material and equipment necessary or required to complete all work set forth in the contract documents. The Base Bid includes the stripping, screening and stockpiling of existing topsoil, regrading and reconstruction of four soccer fields and three Little League baseball fields including chain link fencing, asphalt walkways, ADA parking spaces, site amenities and site restoration. Quantities include but are not limited to approximately 1,300 feet of 8’ high chain link fence, 1,200 feet of 10’ high chain link fence, sports lighting for 2 soccer fields, 63,300 square yards of stripping, screening, stockpiling and spreading of topsoil, 25,000 square yards of seeding and 2,200 square yards of infield mix.
