FY 21 Road Resurfacing

To perform approximately 30 Lane Miles street resurfacing including approximately 4.6 centerline miles of Full Depth Reclamation (FDR). Scope of work includes but is not limited to full depth reclamation of roadbeds; patching of failed pavement; installation of bituminous concrete overlays; replacement of existing concrete curb/gutter, sidewalk, driveways and handicap ramps; horizontal adjustment of utility manholes and valve boxes; installation of temporarily and permanent pavement markings. Project is located at various locations throughout the City of Rocky Mount, NC. furnish all necessary equipment, labor, and material and permits required to complete the work including but not limited to: a. Resurfacing of approximately 30 lane miles of city streets consisting of approximately TBD tons of Asphalt, TBD manhole adjustments and TBD water valve box adjustments. b. Installation of approximately TBD sidewalk access ramps. c. Approximately TBD square yards of asphalt milling. d. Installation of approximately TBD tons of Asphalt for pavement patching. e. Furnishing and placement of thermoplastic pavement markings. f. Furnishing and installation of inductive detection signal loops (by Owner) g. Removal and replacement of speed cushions
