This project consists of replacement of the bridge that carries S.R. 4012 (Brush Creek Road) over Brush Creek. Also included will be roadway approach work, drainage upgrades, guide rail upgrades, signing and pavement marking upgrades, and other miscellaneous construction, as indicated on the approved drawings included in the bid package for STATE ROUTE 4012, SECTION A10, in Westmoreland COUNTY Manor BOROUGH and Hempfield TOWNSHIP from approximately the intersection of S.R. 4012 (Brush Creek Road) and S.R. 4010 (Penn Manor Road) at segment 0004 offset 0000 to the intersection of S.R. 4012 (Brush Creek Road) and T-486 (Trolley Street) at segment 0010 offset 0497.
