| Description | Roof replacement at the pool and pump house buildings at City Park located at 100 Sports Drive off of Sain Road. The contractor shall provide all materials and labor to complete the job. The contractor will replace any rotten or damaged wood on the roof, fascia and eaves. They shall install a 29 gauge agricultural style tin on the roof and cover the fascia with metal. Also, they will replace the power roof vent fan in the pump house. |
