Cleanup of CLO Owned Buildings | Se/4 Sec 33-2N-10W

From intersection of Hwy 7 & SE 45th Street in East Lawton, 4 1/2 mi les East to the SW corner of lease. All debris is to be disposed of according to Oklahoma Department of Environmental Quality (ODEQ) guidelines and regulations. All buildings: All wood must be disposed of in an ODEQ approved landfill. Metal can be disposed of at a metal recycler or disposed of in an ODEQ approved landfill. All items inside or outside buildings must be disposed of appropriately, either recycler or in an ODEQ approved landfill. Tires must be taken to an appropriate business which handles tire disposal. Concrete feed bunker/water trough can be disposed of in a pit if any exposed metal is removed. Any other concrete such as foundations may also be disposed of in a pit if any exposed metal is removed. Otherwise, the concrete must go to a concrete recycler or an ODEQ approved landfill. Old metal fencing in pile located to the NW of the main remediation site is to be hauled to an ODEQ approved landfill. Barbed wire fencing around homesite must be disposed of by recycling or in an ODEQ approved landfill.
