| Description | Flooring is being replaced due to water damage that has caused cupping and movement. The water issue has been resolved. Flooring area is approximately 3,400 square feet. Current sub floor does have a metal anchoring system. Removal and disposal of existing floor system. Vented rubber base black thresholds. Pre-sealed wood flooring with adjustable thickness, able to accommodate both flat and irregular subfloors. Installation of the floor system. All painting, including school logo, basketball court, volleyball court (no pickle ball at this time) |
