Description

Provide design, bidding, construction administration and closeout services for the addition of a third 500-ton Trane Chiller at the Western Data Center. The goal is to provide additional redundancy and increase efficiency (variable speed drive chiller). Scope of Work to include: Provide and install all electrical, piping, pumps, and Chiller. Chiller to be tied into to the Building Management Controls. This Additional Chiller was planned for in the original build. Pads for Chiller and Pumps, piping connections already in place. Test and certify for performance when finished. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time
