In addition, the rails will be replaced and various partial depth deck repairs will be performed. Additonal Description: *This project requires submission of an Economic Equity and Inclusion Plan (EEIP). **This project qualifies for Apprentice utilization. Contractor should attach Apprenticeship Incentive Form (AIF) with their bid submission to utilize this provision. ***This project does not have an SEB reserve.
